Growing up in Japan, our founder noticed something missing. While Indian cuisine was present, the everyday joy of mithai and street-style sweets was nowhere to be found. At the same time, Japan’s culture of elegant gifting and attention to detail inspired a new way of thinking.

Traditional mithai often lacked presentation - simple boxes, oil stains, and no sense of occasion. So we asked:

And because tastes are changing, TMW didn’t stop at tradition. While classic mithai will always have a special place, they also added fusion sweets that mix global flavors with Indian classics. That way, everyone-grandparents, kids, and even first-time mithai tasters-can find something they love.
